Vladimir Tatarchuk
Vladimir Tatarchuk graduated from Moscow State University (hereafter MSU), Faculty of Law, he also holds a certificate of Executive Director from the INSEAD IEPB Business School of the world (France, Singapore). In 1995, he joined Alfa Group and was appointed Vice President of the Corporate Finance Department at Alfa Bank, OJSC in 1998. From 2005 to 2010, he headed the Corporate Banking Department and was co-head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Department as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 2010, he joined VTB as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and in 2011 he returned to Alfa-Bank, OJSC as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, responsible for the Corporate and Investment Banking Department, as well as for the regional development and transaction banking. In 2013, he founded the investment company PCG.
