Olga Zagvozdkina

Olga Zagvozdkina graduated from MSU and holds an MA in Economics from the Russian Economics School. From 2004 to 2006, she worked for Deloitte. In 2007, she transferred to the Investment Department of Summa Capital, and a few years later joined the ACG as an Associate of the Investment Banking Department, handling M&A transactions in the telecom, retail and oil&gas sectors. From 2011 to 2016, she worked on M&A, IPO and company restructuring in the technology sector as Vice President of the Investment Banking and Finance Departments at Renaissance Capital. Olga has been a Director and Project Manager at PCG since 2018. She is CFA certified and responsible for the development and management of the group's own investments.
