Alexander Nikolaev

Alexander Nikolaev is a partner at Proxima Capital Group in individual investment projects.  

2023 – present – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the development company “MR-ORION.3”  

2018-2022 – President of the INTECO group of companies, under the leadership of Alexander the group’s business model was completely transformed with a focus on investment and engineering activities. At the end of 2022, the largest M&A transaction was completed for the sale of 100% of INTECO shares on the development market since 2015.  

2003-2018 – Managing Director and co-founder of the Swiss-listed investment company European Property Holdings (EPH) focused on investments in commercial real estate. 2018 – 2022 –- member of the EPH investment committee, non-executive director. Since the founding of EPH, Alexander Nikolaev and his team have carried out more than 10 public offerings of shares and bonds worth over $1 billion, and formed a diversified portfolio of class A complexes in Western Europe and Russia worth over $1.5 billion.  

From 1996 to 2003, Alexander held various positions at Randall Smith's private investment company, Smith Management.
